With more than five years of experience in mortgage broking, Amy brings a detailed, thoughtful and genuinely caring approach to every client she works with. She holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, along with a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Amy takes the time to listen and understand each client’s full situation before recommending a path forward. Known for her attention to detail, strong product knowledge and calm approach, she works hard to make the finance process feel clear and manageable, particularly when a client’s circumstances are more complex.

Her commitment to the industry extends well beyond her own clients. Amy was the winner of the AFG Women on the Move Scholarship and is passionate about supporting other women working in finance. She actively mentors others in the industry, sharing her experience and helping newer brokers build their confidence, knowledge and careers.

Amy remains closely connected to the mortgage broking community through professional development, industry events and her membership with the MFAA. She is always looking for ways to grow, improve and bring that knowledge back to both her clients and the Osinski Finance team.

Outside of work, Amy is very family focused and sits on the school board, because apparently she did not already have enough on her plate. She loves any excuse to get out with friends, especially if there is a little friendly competition involved, and can usually be found putting herself through it at the gym or recovering with a well-earned glass of rosé.
