Loan Administrator

Caitlin brings extensive experience across administration, payroll, purchasing and customer service to her role as Loan Administrator at Osinski Finance. Having worked in fast-paced environments throughout Australia and the UK, she is highly organised, adaptable and well accustomed to keeping on top of detailed processes and competing priorities.

Caitlin works closely with our brokers to help manage loan applications, track progress and ensure important follow-ups do not get missed. She is a quick learner with a proactive approach and is always looking for ways to make processes more efficient for both the team and our clients.

Known for being reliable, approachable and willing to step in wherever she is needed, Caitlin has quickly become an important part of the Osinski Finance team. Her friendly nature and strong work ethic help keep things moving behind the scenes, particularly during the busier and more challenging parts of the lending process.


Outside of work, Caitlin loves camping and is kept well and truly on her toes by her three kids. She also plays hockey, is almost always carrying a fresh bruise and is significantly more intimidating with a hockey stick in hand. She loves a cold beer and is always up for a drinking game, although her interpretation of the rules may become increasingly creative as the night goes on.
