Nathan Osinski is the Founding Director of Osinski Finance, a trusted mortgage brokerage helping individuals, families and business owners navigate the lending process with confidence. With more than a decade of experience in residential lending and mortgage broking, Nathan has built his reputation on providing clear advice, practical solutions and an unwavering commitment to his clients' goals.

Holding both a Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Nathan works closely with clients to understand their unique circumstances and develop lending strategies tailored to their needs. Whether helping a first home buyer enter the market, assisting a growing family with their next move, supporting property investors, or reviewing existing lending arrangements, Nathan focuses on making complex financial decisions simple and stress-free.

Under Nathan's leadership, Osinski Finance has earned recognition as a finalist in multiple AFG Excellence Awards and Rockingham Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. The business has also received several Department of Fire and Emergency Services Employer Recognition Awards, reflecting Nathan's commitment to supporting emergency service volunteers, fostering a positive workplace culture, and contributing to the local community.

Outside the office, Nathan enjoys spending time at the shooting range, keeping active at the gym, and is well known for his ongoing campaign to avoid leg day whenever possible. He's also a dedicated participant in a notoriously ruthless group chat with his mates and a long-standing supporter of the team's unofficial Wine Wednesday tradition.
