With more than 15 years of experience across customer service, administration and property sales, Tegan brings a strong understanding of both the property industry and the importance of providing a genuinely good client experience.

Before joining Osinski Finance, Tegan worked with some of Perth’s leading property developers, builders and real estate agents. This experience gave her a solid background in managing complex processes, solving problems and supporting clients through important decisions.

Now working as a Parabroker, Tegan supports clients and brokers throughout the finance process, helping to keep applications moving and ensuring clients feel informed at every stage. She holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is currently learning the ropes as she works towards stepping into a broking role with Osinski Finance in the near future.

Tegan is known for her fantastic communication and has built a strong reputation for creating genuine rapport and trust with clients, colleagues and industry partners alike.

She takes pride in making the process feel as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Her organised approach, attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly mean clients always know what is happening and what comes next.

Outside of work, Tegan is a wife and mum to two young boys, so life is rarely quiet and usually involves someone yelling, climbing or needing a snack. She loves chasing a new fitness goal, petting any dog who crosses her path, watching Formula 1 and convincing herself that a good gin and tonic is an essential part of a balanced training plan.
